Strategy meets emerging technology

Anne Victor brings an international, multidisciplinary background spanning Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Purdue University) and an MBA from the Global Tsinghua-MIT program focused on organizational behavior and global business strategy.

With experience across China, Brazil, the UK, and North America, Anne has worked in environments ranging from startups and research initiatives to government and institutional projects. This cross-cultural exposure shaped a unique perspective on how organizations function as complex systems combining people, infrastructure, policy, and technology.

Her career has evolved through consulting, business development, and ecosystem building — particularly in blockchain and AI. Today, Anne focuses on helping organizations understand, adopt, and structure emerging technologies in ways that are practical, strategic, and sustainable.
